Valentine's day outfit idea: Pop of pink.

So I decided to come up with a  different kind of  outfit for Valentine's day this time. Instead of going for  the traditional and expected red or pink color I went with the neon colors. I chose to wear this neon green dress and paired it with this neon pink pump and carried this over sized pink clutch and wore a pink lipstick, so you have the touch of pink to give you the Valentine's day vibe and at the same time you stand out from the crowd. I have been trying to break all this monotonous fashion trends  that we all have been following for years , like wearing black or glittery dress for New Year , instead I went monochrome, wore a black and white dress (pictures here). So I received some clothing items from the company called Rosegal I have collaborated with them earlier and actually loved their items but this time I was a little disappointed. I asked them to send three dresses and all three of them turned out to be too short to be a dress, more like a top. So if you are a full figure lady or quite tall the short dresses will actually fit more like a top. Also I did not like the material much it was way too much sheer. But the fit, style and look was great I wish it was a little longer. Btw I am wearing a skirt underneath the dress, a peplum skirt as that was the only black short skirt I had and that's why the dress looks a little clumsy and my stomach looks bloated (I realized it after seeing the pics). The other items I received are better quality wise but then again too short to be a dress. I will soon post pics wearing them too. I will rate it 3 out of 5 only because of the fit and loks just as it was on the website  and also the price is very cheap but then again you can find better quality dresses for this price in clearance section of many stores.

Lookbook : Dooney and Brouke handbag for Christmas.

Hi all, so this is a late post. I actually thought I posted this outfit pictures but realized it was never published. So this is what I wore on Christmas day, yes no red, green or gold. I wore this color combo because I wanted to carry this Dooney and bourke handbag which is my Christmas gift from my hubby and this outfit is the perfect match.
